How Long Do Custom LVP Stair Noses Take to Make and Ship?
Catalog Orders: 5-10 Business Days
If your flooring color is already in our catalog, we produce your stair nose from an existing matched design. From order placement to shipment, this typically takes 5-10 business days. Add 2-5 business days for ground shipping depending on your location.
Custom Color-Match Orders: 7-14 Business Days
For colors not in our catalog, we need to produce a new color match. This involves sourcing or confirming the correct design film, producing test pieces, and confirming the match before running your full order. This typically takes 7-14 business days from the date of order confirmation.
What Happens During Production?
- Order confirmation: We verify your flooring brand, color name, and SKU (1-2 business days for custom orders)
- Material sourcing: We confirm or produce the correct design film for your color
- Production: Your stair nose pieces are cut, shaped, and quality-checked
- Packaging and shipment: Pieces are packaged in protective materials and handed off to UPS or FedEx
How to Speed Up Your Order
- Order early: Don't wait until your floors are down to order stair noses. Order them at the same time you order your flooring.
- Have your SKU ready: Providing the SKU at the time of order eliminates the back-and-forth of confirming your color.
- Order samples separately: If you need a sample, order it in advance rather than waiting for it before ordering full pieces.
Will I Get Tracking?
Yes. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
