Shipping Policy
FloorMatch ships custom LVP stair nosing and tread kits to all 50 United States.
Nationwide Shipping
FloorMatch ships to all 50 United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. Whether you are in California, Florida, New York, Texas, or anywhere else in the country, we can deliver your custom stair nosing directly to your door or jobsite.
Processing Time
Because FloorMatch products are custom-made or custom-sourced to match your flooring, processing time varies:
- •Standard stocked colors: 5–10 business days to prepare and ship
- •Custom or less common colors: 7–14 business days depending on material availability
- •Large or bulk orders: Lead time confirmed at time of order
Processing time does not include transit time. We will notify you when your order ships and provide tracking information.
Long-Piece Packaging
Stair nosing pieces are long and require special care during shipping. FloorMatch ships all stair nosing and tread kits in protective long-piece packaging designed to prevent bending, cracking, and surface damage in transit. Orders are carefully secured before being handed to the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Use the tracking number to monitor delivery status through the carrier's website. If you have questions about your shipment, contact us at order@floormatch.com or 925-257-2685.
Inspect Your Shipment
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all shipments upon arrival. Before signing for a delivery or discarding packaging:
- •Check the outer packaging for visible damage.
- •Open and inspect all pieces before discarding packaging.
- •Document any damage with photos before and after unpacking.
- •Report damage within 48 hours of delivery to order@floormatch.com.
Damage Claims
If your order arrives damaged, contact FloorMatch within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage, the packaging, and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or carrier claim filing. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination zip code. Due to the length of stair nosing pieces, shipping rates may be higher than standard parcel rates. We use carriers that specialize in long-piece freight when needed.
