Workmanship Warranty

FloorMatch warrants that products are free from manufacturing defects in workmanship at the time of shipment. If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, FloorMatch will, at its discretion, replace the defective product or issue a refund. Warranty claims must be submitted within [X] days of delivery with photos and order information.

Product Compatibility

FloorMatch makes every reasonable effort to match stair nosing to the customer's flooring based on the brand, color name, and SKU provided. However, due to manufacturing variations, dye lot differences, and aging of installed flooring, FloorMatch does not guarantee an exact color or texture match. The customer is responsible for reviewing compatibility information and confirming suitability before installation.

Installation Responsibility

Proper installation is the responsibility of the installer. FloorMatch is not liable for damage, failure, or poor results caused by improper installation, use of incompatible adhesives, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or installation in conditions not recommended for LVP products. See our installation guide for best practices.

Exclusions

• ✗Damage from improper installation or use of incompatible adhesives
• ✗Normal wear and tear from foot traffic
• ✗Damage caused by moisture, flooding, or conditions outside LVP guidelines
• ✗Color change due to UV exposure, cleaning products, or aging
• ✗Products that have been cut, modified, or installed
• ✗Damage from improper packaging removal or storage by the customer
